MOTION to appoint the firm of Edward F. McElroy and Associates as Public Relations Consultant for Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago
Body
I hereby move to appoint the firm of Edward F. McElroy and Associates as Public Relations Consultant for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for a period of one year commencing January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. Consultant shall be compensated at a rate of $2,000 per month.
I further move that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to Edward F. McElroy in an amount not to exceed $24,000 (twenty four thousand dollars) upon the above and foregoing terms, and that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, the Clerk, the Director of Procurement and Materials Management and the Executive Director be authorized and directed to execute said purchase order and related agreement on behalf of the District after said agreement is approved by the General Counsel as to form and legality.
