MOTION to amend previously adopted motion to reimburse the relocation expenses incurred by the Executive Director
Body
I move that the motion adopted on June 16, 2011 (File ID #11-0796) granting an exception to the April 15, 2010 resolution (File ID #10-0483) authorizing reimbursement for relocation expenses to the newly appointed Executive Director up to $5,000 be amended by increasing the authorization so as to reimburse Mr. David St. Pierre the total amount of his actual relocation expenses relating to his appointment as Executive Director in the amount of $5,947.92, provided that appropriate documentation of said expenses is provided to the Clerk of the District.
I hereby further move that the April 15, 2010 resolution (File ID #10-0483) regarding payment of relocation expenses otherwise remain in full force and effect.
