Dear Sir:
Occasionally the District requires the services of specialized medical professionals for employee evaluations. On August 11, 2011, the Board approved a payment not to exceed $11,000.00 to Cavanaugh & Associates for services related to an employment matter.
The employment matter is ongoing. Authority is requested for an additional payment to Cavanaugh & Associates in an amount not to exceed $6,400.00 for a total cost not to exceed $17,400.00. The payment will be dependent on the actual amount invoiced.
Funds are available in Account 101-25000-612260.
