Dear Sir:
At the Board meeting of November 5, 2020, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No 35, File No. 20-0937.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated “Issue purchase order for Contract 20-640-11, Furnishing and Delivering Sodium Bisulfite, Groups A and B to PVS Technologies, Inc.” Same should have read, “Issue purchase order for Contract 20-640-11, Furnishing and Delivering Sodium Bisulfite, Groups A and B to PVS Chemical Solutions, Inc.”
Wherever “PVS Technologies, Inc.” is stated in the transmittal letter, change to read “PVS Chemical Solutions, Inc.”
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct. Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of November 5, 2020 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
