RESOLUTION sponsored by the Board of Commissioners recognizing Teresa Corrigan
Body
WHEREAS, Teresa Corrigan, R.N. has been working as a nurse for over 30 years. She recently decided to become a certified laughter yoga teacher and focus her career on assisting patients before and after surgery by working with mind-body healing techniques, particularly Laughter Yoga; and
WHEREAS, Teresa has a Master of Education and began teaching Laughter Yoga in 2009. As such, she has dedicated her life to helping others by introducing them to the opportunity to use laughter to connect with their individual joy. She has presented this work broadly at national conferences, local presentations, laughter groups, and one-on-one sessions; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, on behalf of ourselves and staff, do hereby recognize Teresa Corrigan; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread upon the permanent Record of Proceedings of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and that a copy of same, suitably engrossed, be presented to Teresa Corrigan.
