President Kari K. Steele presiding, called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.  
Yumeka Brown provided notice requesting remote attendance. The Board determined  
that the notice for remote attendance complies with the requirements and allowed  
Yumeka Brown to attend the meeting remotely.
