Call Meeting to Order  
Precious Brady-Davis, Chairperson of the Committee on Procurement, called the  
meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.  
Eira L. Corral Sepúlveda provided notice requesting remote attendance. The Board  
determined that the notice for remote attendance complies with the requirements and  
allowed Eira L. Corral Sepúlveda to attend the meeting remotely.

Mike Archey, Illinois citizen, addressed the board regarding various concerns about the  
Procurement review

At the direction of Commissioner Precious Brady-Davis, Chairperson of the  
Committee on Procurement, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, March  
20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago,  
Illinois.  
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss the consultant’s Procurement  
review.
