Contract documents and specifications have been prepared to furnish and deliver hand tools to various locations for a one (1) year period, beginning approximately August 1, 2008 and terminating on July 31, 2009.
The estimated cost for this Contract is $36,000.00.
The bid deposit for this Contract is $1,800.00.
The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) and Appendix D are not applicable to this contract because it is primarily a furnish and deliver contract.
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
Advertise May 21, 2008
Bid opening June 10, 2008
Award July 10, 2008
Completion July 31, 2009
Funds are available in Account 101-20000-623680.
It is therefore requested that the Purchasing Agent be authorized to advertise Contract 08-051-11.
