At the Board Meeting of February 16, 2012, the Board of Commissioners published and filed the Report on advertisement of Request for Proposal 12-RFP-04 Human Resources Information System including Payroll and Time Management, estimated cost $700,000.00.
 
A change in the source of funding from Account 101-27000-601170 to Account 201-27000-601170 is being reported since it has been determined that the work being performed under this request for proposal is eligible for funding under the Construction Fund.  In addition, the tentative schedule for this contract has been updated as follows:
 
Advertise      May 23, 2012
Proposals Received      July 20, 2012
Award      October 18, 2012
Completion      December 31, 2013
 
All other information provided on the transmittal letter is correct.
