At the Board Meeting of August 14, 2025, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 26, File No. 25-0580.
A textual error in the transmittal letter and resulting order indicated “The District has identified eligible firms from the qualified respondents to this RFP to serve as financial advisors in any bond sale transactions during the five-year period; this list of firms can be found in the attached Appendix A.” Same should have read: The District has identified eligible firms from the qualified respondents to this request for proposal (RFP) to serve as financial advisors in any bond sale transactions during the five-year period; this list of firms can be found in Attachment A.
Due to an inadvertent omission in the transmittal process, Attachment A was not included with the original submission. Attachment A is hereby included with this corrected transmittal.
A textual error in the transmittal letter and resulting order indicated Attachment. Same should have read: Attachments.
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of August 14, 2025, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
