Contract documents and specifications have been prepared to publish invitations for contracts and publish legal notices for original entrance and promotional civil service examinations and other legal notices for a one (1) year period, beginning approximately August 1, 2012 and ending July 31, 2013.
The estimated cost for this contract is $48,000.00.
No bid deposit is required for this contract.
The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) is not applicable to this contract because it is primarily a furnish and deliver contract.
Revised Appendix D is not included in this contract because it is primarily a furnish and deliver contract.
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:

Bid Opening June 12, 2012
Award July 12, 2012
Completion July 31, 2013
Funds are available in Account 101-20000-612360.
In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized to advertise Contract 12-045-11.
