Body

Dear Sir:

Request for proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for instructor-led refresher training and updated information on National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E, Current Edition, Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace (Arc Flash Prevention and Protection) for approximately 200 employees in 2024.

The purpose of this contract is to select a qualified vendor to provide instructor-led refresher training for employees that work with high voltage electricity in accordance with updated information under the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E Standard.

The estimated cost for this RFP is not to exceed $35,000.00.

A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.

Affirmative Action participation goals are only applicable to District contracts where the estimated total expenditure is in excess of $100,000.00.
