MOTION to reconsider the December 14, 2023 vote Adopting Ordinance O23-006, of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the levy of taxes for 2024 to provide revenues for the Reserve Claim Fund, effective for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024

Dear Sir:

 

I move that the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago reconsider the vote adopting Ordinance O23-006, entitled:

 

“ORDINANCE NUMBER O23-006 FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2024, UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO AS SAID TERRITORIAL LIMITS EXIST ON JANUARY 1, 2024, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING REVENUES FOR THE RESERVE CLAIM FUND”.
