Request for proposal documents have been prepared for the GRC and Security Role Redesign Audit and Remediation at the request of the Finance Department.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to provide management with an audit of the SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) suite, SAP R/3 roles and remediate audit findings.
The estimated cost for this request for proposal is $75,000.00.
There is no bid deposit for this request for proposal.
Appendix A will not be included in this contract because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Ordinance.
The tentative schedule for this request for proposal is as follows:

Award February 2, 2012
Completion April 30, 2012
Funds are being requested in 2012, in Account 101-40000-601170, and are contingent on the Board of Commissioners’ approval of the District’s budget for that year.
