MOTION FOR BOARD MEETING OF JULY 9, 2009

Title

MOTION to reappoint Commissioner Debra Shore as a member to the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) Wastewater Committee

Body

I hereby move that the Board of Commissioners approve the President's reappointment of the Honorable Debra Shore as the representative of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago to the Wastewater Committee of the CMAP.  This appointment takes effect immediately and continues until the end of the term of office on July 1, 2013, or earlier if a successor has been duly appointed and qualified.
