Dear Sir:

 

Request for proposal Contract 24-RFP-15 documents have been prepared for E-Discovery and Trial Support Services at the request of the Law Department.

 

The purpose of this contract is to obtain E-Discovery and trial support services for the District’s Law Department for a three (3) year period.  The required services are E-Discovery as a service including project management, processing, hosting, analysis and production of litigation case documents including electronically stored information (ESI), paper documents (requiring electronic conversion) and other media and trial support services.

 

The estimated cost for this request for proposal (RFP) is $390,000.00 over three years.  The estimated expenditures will be $130,000.00 in 2025, $130,000.00 in 2026 and $130,000.00 in 2027.

 

A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.

 

Appendix A will not be included with this RFP because of the nature of the services requested.  The Diversity Section has determined that there are no subcontracting opportunities on this RFP.

 

The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:

 

Advertise                                                               September 18, 2024

Proposals Received              October 18, 2024

Award                                                                                    December 5, 2024

Completion                                                               January 1, 2028

 

Funds are available in Account 101-30000-612430.

 

In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized to advertise Contract 24-RFP-15.
