MOTION to Approve Funds for 2025 District-wide Picnic
Body
The District traditionally sponsors an Annual Employee Picnic. The District’s Annual picnic is scheduled for September 6, 2025, at the Mainstream Pumping Station.
I hereby move that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Acting Executive Director to plan a District-wide picnic during year 2025 and be authorized to spend from the 2025 budget, a total amount not to exceed $10,000.00 on this special event.
