Dear Sir:
 
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for Consulting Services for a Public Awareness Campaign Promoting the District's "Our Water EnvironmentÂ…Take It Personally" message, at the request of General Administration.
 
The purpose of this contract is to seek an experienced professional or team of professionals to develop and implement a media and public awareness campaign to educate Cook County residents about specific ways they can improve water quality and prevent flooding. The campaign must highlight the activities of the MWRD on those topics.
The estimated cost for this RFP is $50,000.00.
 
A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.
 
Appendix A will not be included due to the scope of work performed under this RFP.
 
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:

Funds in Account 101-15000-601170 are contingent on the Board of Commissioners' approval of the District's 2013 budget.
