Dear Sir:
On July 13, 2023, the Board of Commissioners authorized the Director of Procurement and Materials Management to award Contract 11-187-3F Addison Creek Channel Improvements, SSA to Judlau Contracting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $77,297,500.00, plus a five (5) percent allowance for change orders in an amount of $3,864,875.00, for a total amount not to exceed $81,162,375.00, Accounts 401-50000-645620 and 501-50000-645620, Purchase Order 4000103. The current contract completion date is June 1, 2027.
There were thirteen contract change orders and no time extensions requested for the time period. More information about the status of this project, including the aforementioned change orders, can be found in Attachments 1 and 2.
