I hereby move to amend File No. 17-0003, Agenda Item No. 14 by adding the following sentence at the end of the second full paragraph:

In order to afford small haulers an opportunity to compete and foster greater overall competition, the contract is broken into seven groups:  Stickney, Calumet, O’Brien, Egan, Kirie, Hanover Park Water Reclamation Plants, and the Lockport Powerhouse.
