“ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2009 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2009”

be adopted.
