I move that an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, entitled:

“AN ORDINANCE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2009 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2009, TO PAY THE INTEREST ON OUTSTANDING BONDS AND TO DISCHARGE THE PRINCIPAL THEREOF”

be adopted.
