At the Board Meeting of May 21, 2020, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 31, File No. 20-0402.
A textual error in the title of the letter indicated “Purchase Order 5001645.” Same should have read “Purchase Order 5001625.”
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of May 21, 2020, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
