Dear Sir:
I move that the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago reconsider the vote adopting Ordinance O24-009, entitled:
“ORDINANCE NUMBER O24-009 FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2025, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2025, UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO AS SAID TERRITORIAL LIMITS EXIST ON JANUARY 1, 2025, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING REVENUES FOR THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT RETIREMENT FUND AND CORPORATE FUND”.
