Dear Sir:

 

At the Board meeting of March 20, 2025, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered Authority to advertise Contract 25-654-11, Furnish and Deliver Parts and Repair Services for Sluice Gate Valve Actuators, estimated cost $1,077,700.00, Accounts 101-66000/67000/68000/69000-612600/623070/623270, Requisitions 1628821, 1632615, 1632616, and 1632617, Agenda Item No. 12, File No. 25-0192.

 

At the Board meeting of April 3, 2025, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered Authority to advertise Contract 22-093-2M HVAC Improvements to UV Building and Switchgear Building, OWRP, estimated cost between $2,609,311.80 and $3,158,640.60, Account 201-50000-645780, Requisition 1636149, Agenda Item No. 16, File No. 25-0262.

 

At the Board meeting of April 17, 2025, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered Authority to advertise Contract 25-624-21, Sludge Pump Improvements at Various Locations, estimated cost $6,910,000.00, Account 201-50000-645780, Requisition 1626921, Agenda Item No. 13, File No. 25-0285.

 

The Maintenance and Operations and Engineering Departments have received updated information from the Diversity Section. Appendix C and Appendix K do not apply to these contracts.

 

All other information provided in the transmittal letters is correct.

 

Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board orders be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
