Dear Sir:

Contract documents and specifications have been prepared for Contract 26-674-11, Furnish and Deliver Repair Parts and Services for Trucks and Trailers at Various Locations, at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.

The purpose of this contract is to procure repair parts, repair shop services, body shop services, towing services, and over-the-road repair services for medium-duty trucks, semi-tractors, and trailers at various locations.

The estimated cost of this contract is not to exceed $482,700.00. The estimated 2026, 2027, and 2028 expenditures are $160,900.00 per year.

The type of work to be performed under the contract is classified as “Automotive Maintenance” for establishing utilization goals. The individual goals for this contract are 5% Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and/or Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE). A supplier’s exception is recommended.
