I move that the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago be authorized to make an Offer of Judgment in the case of Pranis v. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, et al., Case No. 07 C 5347 in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, in an amount not to exceed $40,001.00, including attorneys’ fees and costs.
