Body

Dear Sir:

Contract documents and specifications have been prepared for Contract 26-633-11, Furnishing and Delivering Polymer, at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.

The purpose of this contract is to procure polymer for thickening sludge for a three (3) year period.

The estimated cost for this contract is $39,266,980.00. The estimated 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029 expenditures are $5,775,980.00, $12,889,000.00, $13,289,000.00 and $7,313,000.00, respectively.

The bid deposit for this contract is $600,000.00. Polymer is a crucial chemical for process operations.

The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) is not applicable to this contract because it is a furnish and deliver contract.
