MOTION to approve funds for District-wide celebrations

Body

I move that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Executive Director to plan a District-wide retirement party, a summer picnic, and a holiday party during 2012 and that the Executive Director be authorized to spend a total amount not to exceed $20,000.00 on these events.
