Twelve change orders were approved by the Chief of Maintenance and Operations that cumulatively, but not individually, decreased the cost of Contracts or Sole Source Purchase Orders by $10,000.00 or more during December 2007 and January 2008. The Contracts, Sole Sources, and related data, are listed in the attached sheet.
