At the Board meeting of April 18, 2019, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 14, File No. 19-0366.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, Report on advertisement of Request for Proposal 19-RFP-10 Mobile Data & Cellular Communications, estimated cost $1,026,000.00, Accounts 101-27000-612210, 623850, Requisition 1514041. Same should have read, Report on advertisement of Request for Proposal 19-RFP-10 Mobile Data & Cellular Communications, for 36 months with an option to extend for two (2) twelve- (12) month extensions, estimated cost $1,026,000.00, Accounts 101-27000-612210, 623850, Requisition 1514041
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, The contract begins July 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2022. Same should have read, The contract begins January 1, 2020 and ends December 30, 2022.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, The estimated 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 expenditures are $171,000.00, $342,000.00, $342,000.00, and $171,000.00 respectively. Same should have read, The estimated 2020, 2021 and 2022 expenditures are $342,000.00, $342,000.00, and $342,000.00 respectively.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, Funds for the current year are available in Accounts 101-27000-612210, 623850. Funds for subsequent years, 2020, 2021 and 2022, are contingent on the Board of Commissioners’ approval of the District’s budget for those years. Same should have read, Funds for years 2020, 2021 and 2022, are contingent on the Board of Commissioners’ approval of the District’s budget for those years.
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of April 18, 2019 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
