Dear Sir:

 

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for furnishing and delivering an electronic Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Solution, at the request of the Information Technology Department.  The contract begins June 2, 2016 and ends June 1, 2017.

 

The District requires an electronic software based information technology service management (ITSM).  The ITSM solution must include: service management, asset management, change control management, service desk ticketing workflow and have advanced reporting and metrics capabilities.

 

The estimated cost for this RFP is $28,000.00.

 

A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.

 

Appendix A will not be included in this contract because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Ordinance.

 

The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
