Dear Sir:
On July 13, 2023, the Board of Commissioners authorized the Director of Procurement and Materials Management to award Contract 11-187-3F, Addison Creek Channel Improvements, SSA to Judlau Contracting, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $77,297,500.00, plus a five (5) percent allowance for change orders in an amount of $3,864,875.00, for a total amount not to exceed $81,162,375.00, Accounts 401-50000-645620 and 501-50000-645620, Purchase Order 4000103. The current contract completion date is August 8, 2026.
There were three contract change orders, detailed in Attachments 1 and 2, and no time extensions requested for the time period. More information about the status of this project, including the aforementioned change orders, can be found in Attachments 1 and 2.
