Dear Sir:

 

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for ERP Assessment, at the request of the Information Technology Department. 

 

The purpose of this request for proposal is perform a stakeholder driven analysis of the District’s current ERP, overall related operations, business practices and processes, and resources from an enterprise-wide perspective.  The goal is to help the District perform a ‘self-assessment’ of our organizational needs to best select an implementation solution and partner.

 

The estimated cost for this proposal is $150,000.00.  The estimated 2025 and 2026 expenditures are $100,000.00, $50,000.00, respectively.

 

No bid deposit is required for this RFP.

 

Appendix A and Appendix V will be included in this RFP.  The type of work to be performed under this contract is within the professional services category for establishing Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business enterprises (WBE), Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise goals.  The Affirmative Action Goals for this Request for Proposal are 15% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and/or Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and 3% Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE).

 

The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:

Advertise                                                               January 29, 2025

Proposals Received             March 7, 2025

Award                                                                                    July 10, 2025

Completion                                                               March 27, 2026

 

In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized to advertise Contract 25-RFP-08.

 

Funds are being requested in 2025 and 2026 in Account 101-27000-612430 and are contingent on the Board of Commissioners’ approval of the District’s budget for those years.
