At the Board Meeting of November 21, 2019, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 17, File No. 19-1127.
The original title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, “Authority to advertise Contract 20-694-11, Truck Scale Maintenance at Various Locations, estimated cost $80,000.00 Accounts 101-66000/69000-612650/612680/623270, Requisitions 1530934, 1531261.”
Same should have read, "Authority to advertise Contract 20-694-11, Truck Scale Maintenance at Various Locations, estimated cost $80,000.00 Accounts 101-66000/68000/69000-612650/612680/623270, Requisitions 1530934, 1531261.”
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of November 21, 2019, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
