There were fourteen change orders approved by the Director of Engineering on contracts with a 5% contingency provision for errors and omissions and unforeseen circumstances, for an increase or decrease of $100,000.00 or less during December 2025.
There was one time extension request approved by the Director of Engineering for December 2025.
Please advise the undersigned if additional information is required.
