In accordance with Section 4 of the MWRD Act, I move that the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago appoint Patrick M. Blanchard as Inspector General effective January 1, 2027, for a six-year term in accordance with Ordinance O25-013.
