Authority to Transfer $5,000,000.00 from the Capital Improvements Bond Fund to the Stormwater Management Fund

Dear Sir:
The 2026 District Budget provides for an equity transfer totaling $5,000,000.00 from the Capital Improvements Bond Fund to the Stormwater Management Fund. This transfer was approved by the Board of Commissioners at its meetings on December 11, 2025, and December 18, 2025.
Accordingly, it is requested that authority be granted by the Board of Commissioners to transfer $5,000,000.00 from the Capital Improvements Bond Fund to the Stormwater Management Fund.
