The following matters were settled upon the recommendation of the Attorney and the approval of the General Superintendent:

1.                     Increase Workers’ Compensation Claim of Daniel Gall v. MWRDGC, # 08WC 12111, from $7,058.36 to $9,411.14

2.                     Workers’ Compensation Claim of  Jeanine Banks vs. MWRDGC, 05WC 04060 and 07WC 51443, $8,255.07

3.                     Workers’ Compensation Claim of William Hoskins v. MWRDGC, 06WC 37378, $8,000.00.
