MOTION to appose legislation regarding the Village of Worth's existing lease for the River's Edge Golf Course site

I move that the District appose the legislation proposed by speaker Madigan’s office with respect to establishing a new section 8E to the District’s leasing statue which would provide a special economic benefit with respect to the Village of Worth’s existing lease for the River’s Edge Golf Course site.
