Dear Sir:

 

Eleven change orders were approved by the Director of Engineering on contracts with a 5% contingency provision for errors and omissions and unforeseen circumstances, for an increase or decrease of $100,000.00 or less during June 2020.  The contracts and related data are listed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2.

 

Please advise the undersigned if additional information is required.
