In accordance with Chapter 5, Section 120/2(c)(21) and 120/2.06 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, on June 4, 2026 the Board of Commissioners conducted a review of unreleased Executive Session minutes.
Pursuant to the review, it was determined that the need for confidentiality continues to exist for all unreleased Executive Session Minutes except for:
