At the board meeting of November 20, 2008, the Board of Commissioners authorized the above-stated action, agenda file number 08-2315.

 

Errors in the title of the Board transmittal letter indicated Yellow Springs, Inc., as the legal name of the company, instead of YSI Incorporated.

 

All other information provided in the Board transmittal letter was correct.

 

Therefore, it is requested that the Board transmittal letter be amended for the above-stated agenda item 08-2315.
