Dear Sir:
At the Board Meeting of November 17, 2011, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 8, File No. 11-1419.
A textual error in the body of the letter indicated, “The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) will be included in this Contract.” Same should have read, “The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) will not be included in this Contract because of the specialized nature of services required.”
The Board letter was previously amended at the Board Meeting of December 15, 2011, to correct the liquidated damages language. All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of November 17, 2011, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
