At the board meeting of December 14, 2017, the Board of Commissioners authorized the above stated action, agenda file number O17-010.

A typographical error in the page numbering of the Ordinance occurred, and the page numbers five and six, have been revised to page number two and three. 

All other information provided in the Ordinance and the board letter are correct.
