Dear Sir:

 

At the Board Meeting of August 2, 2018, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 26, File No. 18-0751.

 

The fifth paragraph of the body of the letter indicated “The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) will not be included in this contract.” Same should now read “The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) will be included in this contract.”

 

All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.

 

Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of August 2, 2018, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
