Dear Sir:
On April 4, 2019, the report on advertisement for the request for proposal 19-RFP-20, Application Development Consulting Services, was sent to the Board of Commissioners.
On January 8, 2020, the request for proposal was advertised and responses were received on January 31, 2020.
The tabulation of proposers are as follows:
AMEEX TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION
CATALYST CONSULTING GROUP, INC.
LEXICON NETWORKS INC.
vTECH SOLUTIONS, INC.
V3IT CONSULTING, INC.
Review of the proposals were delayed due to operational concerns at the District during this pandemic environment and placed on hold by the Information Technology Department to address more important technology issues at the District.
Therefore, due to the lapse of time from the receipt of the proposals, all proposals submitted under this RFP are rejected in the public’s best interest. The Director of Procurement and Materials Management has informed all proposers of this action.
The Information Technology Department will advertise for these services in the near future under a new RFP contract number.
