I hereby move to amend File No. 23-0606 (Agenda Item No. 1) by adding the following paragraph:
WHEREAS, She leaves to cherish her passing, her children: Karen Rhodes, Antionette Richards, (Delvonn Richards), Tasha Fuller (Jerome Fuller), Norine Rhodes, Carlette Seifullah (Dawud Seifullah); 15 grandchildren: (Karen) Eric Rhodes, Courtney Rhodes, Alex Rhodes, Sean Rhodes, (Antoinette) Pierre Rhodes (Lydiana) Zachary Fitzgerald, Antoinette affectionately known as Alicia Fitzgerald, Arissa Davis (LaShawn), (Tasha) Ayanna Bryson (Terdarin), Jerome Fuller III, Seamus Fuller, (Norine) De’Sean Hale, De’Jour Stewart, (Carlette) Nura’ Fajr Seifullah, Shifah Al-Hamza Seifulla and her unborn child; 33 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grand-children. Her sisters, Pauline Marshall, Norma Jean Ofei, Christine Hart (Melvin); Her brothers, Norman C. Marshall Jr., and Jerome Marshall (Denise), as well as, a host of dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
