At the direction of Commissioner Marcelino Garcia, Vice Chairperson of the Committee on State Legislation and Rules, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, immediately following the Regular Board Meeting in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss the legislative agenda.
