| 1 | | Report | As a requirement to receive low interest loans from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) Water Pollution Control Loan Fund, public notice is hereby given that the IEPA has required the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRDGC) to hold a public hearing for 20-858-3D Rehabilitation of North Branch Pumping Station and Other Miscellaneous Work, NSA, OSA, SRF Loan No. L175900. The public hearing will afford the public opportunity to provide public comment on environmental impacts of the project.
The Public Hearing will be held on May 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by remote meeting.
The MWRD Board Room and building will remain closed to protect the health and safety of the public and staff, only essential personnel will be allowed entry. The public is encouraged to participate by visiting mwrd.org to view the proceedings via live stream. Public comment may be made during the Public Comment Period by calling (312) 751-3299.
